Brushy Creek Outfitters is situated on approximately 5600 acres, with 3200 acres under cultivation, primarily in flooded rice (for the last 20 years) corn, and soybeans. Two reservoirs approximately 600 acres are linked by over eleven miles of canals, and over 100 acres of native wetlands and standing timber. All of this provides the optimum habitat for thousands of migrating ducks and geese. 3200 acres have been precision leveled and can be flooded or drained as needed to provide an incredible waterfowl hunting experience. All less than 2 hours East of Dallas just thirty minutes off of I30. Permanent blinds (pits, stilt and floating blinds), or rough hunting are available. Members rotate blinds by draw each week. The maximum number of members on the property is 30 in 5 groups, of up to 6 ( four memberships + owners family) but has historically been less, due to the fact that most memberships are less than 6 members.
